This knowledge base article is designed to assist you in enrolling into the Microsoft Office 365 Self-Service Password Reset feature.
Once you have enrolled in the Self-Service Reset Password feature it allows you to reset your password online or reset your password if it have been forgotten.
For instructions to reset your password online
click here
Instructions
Sign into Office 365 Portal
Go to
https://portal.office.com
Login with current CCSI username (
username@ccsi.org
) not your email address
CCSI password (Workplace password)
Then when prompted for more information select Next
Verify your contact information
You are required to verify your contact information in the event you lock yourself out of your account OR forget your password
Microsoft will use this information to send you an account lockout code
We recommend to set your Authentication phone to your Cell Phone number
Select Verify to update your Authentication Phone
NOTE: Your office phone set in Paylocity. If you office phone is incorrect please update your work phone in the Paylocity web portal.
Verify your Authication Phone
Verify you cell phone
Select Text or Call me, enter the confirmation code, select Verify
Confirmation of your Authentication Phone:
When all the information appears correct – select Finish
NOTE: your office phone if it is blank or incorrect. You will need to update in Palocity the following week it will update automatically.
