CCSI Corporate Smart-Phone and Multi Factor Authentication Initial Setup

Overview 

This article is to review the process to sign into your CCSI Corporate Phone for the first time.

CCSI uses MaaS360 to manage mobile devices.  This article below reviews the process to log into the Remote Management to start using your new phone.

 

Instructions

CCSI Corporate iPhone Device Registration

  1. Power on the iPhone and go through the basic configuration:
    1. County: United States
    2. Language: English
    3. Network: Cellular Network (skip wireless)
    4. Setup Manually
  2. Device Management (register device with MaaS360):
    1. Enter the map username: CCSI Username Name
      1. Example username: jdoe
    2. CCSI Account Password
    3. Select domain: ccsi.internal (In some instances the setup may not ask for domain information)
    4. device registration
    5. Then select next
    6. Then agree to the terms of use
    7. maas 360 terms
    8. Should see a screen that the device is installing configuration
  3. Then follow the on-screen instructions
