How to Login to the TeamDynamix Ticketing Portal

Overview 

Instructions on how to log into the TeamDynamix ticketing portal.

Instructions

1. Open a web browser. (Google chrome, Firefox, Safari) 

2. In the URL bar type ccsi.teamdynamix.com 3. Click the signin button on the top right of the landing page. You will be directed to a Microsoft Login Page

Account: username@ccsi.org
Password: same as your workplace password

4. MFA Users ONLY (otherwise skip to 5) - If you are enrolled into Multi-Factor Authentication you may be prompted to approve the sign in request 

5. After successfull login you will be redirected to the TeamDynamix ticketing portal and you will see your name on the top right.
