Paylocity Password Reset Feature for Employees.

  1. Navigate to the Paylocity Log In interface. https://access.paylocity.com

 

  1. To the top right of the log in fields you will see, “Help.” Click Help.
    1. A pop-out window from the right will appear, with options to initiate the forgotten log in credential features.
    2. Choose, “Forgot Password,” button.

  1. The screen will refresh to allow you to validate your identification pieces:
    1. Company ID: 46285
    2. Username
    3. Phone number or your email (these must already be in the employee profile data for the system to recognize the employee)
    4. Complete the CAPTCHA
    5. Click Continue
  2. The system will then either email or text the employee a One-Time Passcode.
    1. Enter the One-Time Passcode
    2. Click Continue

 

  1. The system will then require the employee to answer one of the previously set up Security questions.
    1. Click Continue

 

  1. In this next screen, the system will ask the employee to create a new password.
    1. Please note the passwords are case sensitive
    2. Password must be between 8 and 72 characters
    3. Four previous passwords cannot be reutilized
    4. Passwords MUST include:
      1.  1 or more numbers
      2. 1 or more uppercase letters
      3. 1 or more lowercase letters AND
      4. 1 or more non-alphanumeric characters
    5. Confirm the newly chosen password
    6. Click finish

  1. Once successfully completed, there will be a green successful task banner across the top of the screen.
    1. The employee will use their newly created credentials to log in

 

 

  1. In the event of questions or issues submit a ticket to Team Dynamix via support@ccsi.org, so that all items can be properly assigned and addressed to the appropriate party.
