KnowBe4 Training - Does not complete

Overview 

KnowBe4 training is not marked as complete after completing a training course.

 

Detailed Information

Issue:

Take a KnowBe4 Training and at the end of the training no confirmation that the course was completed.

Identified Issue:

This is a bug between the KnowBe4 Training Platform and the web browser

Resolution:

Switch to a different web browser

Example: If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer, change to another browser such as Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome, re-take the training and should receive credit for completing the course.
