Recruiting in Paylocity for Hiring Managers

Overview 

We've created to tools to help you know more about how to use the recruiting module within Paylocity.  The first is an SOP(Standard Operating Procedure) and the second is a video tutorial.   

Instructions

• To download or review the SOP click on the document listed under the attachments section of this article

• To access the Recruitment training materials within Paylocity: 
  • Login to Paylocity
  • Navigate to the Learning Module
  • Navigate to CCSI Supervisor Academy
    • Navigate to Recruitment Training
  • Search for the training "Introduction to Paylocity Recruitment for Hiring Managers" is a video walk through of Recruitment.
  • Search for the training "Paylocity Recruitment for Hiring Managers - SOP"
  • Select the training and the click the "Start Training" button
