How to log into KnowBe4 Security Training

Overview 

Instructions on how to log into the KnowBe4 Security Training portal.

Instructions

1. Open the Enrollment Email from CCSI + KnowBe4

   

2. Select the link to start your training

3. After clicking the link you will be directed to a Microsoft Login Page

   
    Account: username@ccsi.org
    Password: same as your workplace password

4. MFA Users ONLY (otherwise skip to 5) - If you are enrolled into Multi-Factor Authentication you may be prompted to approve the sign in request
   
5. After successfull login you will be redirected to the KnowBe4 Training Portal (https://training.knowbe4.com)
   

6. Once in the KnowBe4 Training Portal you can complete all your available trainings

7. To Start a training select the Start Course Button
   
8. To return to the KnowBe4 Training portal to resume or take another training you can use the email link or bookmark the website here
