What Is It?
CCSI is committed to ensuring that all compliance issues are reported in good faith by any employee, volunteer, vendor, contractor or concerned person and promptly investigated in as confidential a manner as possible. CCSI is devoted to safeguarding reporters through non-intimidation or retaliation of any kind for good faith reporting and active participation in the CCSI compliance program.
What will happen?
The investigations will focus on whether a violation of applicable law, regulation or payor requirement or a violation of the requirements of the compliance plan has occurred. Investigations reported and investigated as a Compliance Issue will include, but not be limited to all instances of potential or actual crimes that directly or indirectly involve or impact CCSI; all cases of potential or actual missing agency funds or resources; all cases of potential or actual cases of false documentation, e.g. Time card, mileage, expenses, service provision, contract deliverables etc.
