Who Is Eligible to Use It?
For employees: fill out each morning PRIOR to coming into Jay Street
For Vendors or Visitors:
- Employees can send the link to vendors or visitors for them to complete prior to coming in; OR
- Employees can ask vendors or visitors the questions and fill out on their behalf
How Do I Use It?
CCSI staff each day that they are coming into Jay Street
