Overview

Using Private/Incognito Web Browser Mode

The purpose of opening these windows is to allow you to login to a website with saved/cached/default credentials.  Some websites depending on the network and configuration may automatically default your login credentials preventing your from successfully logging into a website.  

For example, when you have to reset your CCSI password you need to enter your ccsi.org user name, but when you try to login your state or county email opens up without having to enter any login credentials. In order to alleviate that issue, you can open a private or incognito window and sign in to your CCSI accout without issue. Please click the links below for a tutorial on how to do this.
