Human Resources

These HR Help Desks are set up to assist in answering questions regarding the varying aspects of Human Resources. Concentration on items for both Employees and Supervisors.

Payroll

This area is set up to assist with questions regarding Employee payroll and correlating items.

* Timesheets (Workplace)
- Time must be submitted in accordance to CCSI’s time keeping policy.
- Time and expense submissions/changes received after 11am on the Mondays when payroll is being processed will not be accepted for immediate payroll processing and may result in an off-cycle, manual check.
- Workplace access issues.

* Employee Paychecks
- Wages paid.
- Wage/Hour discrepancies.
- Wage garnishments.
- Support orders.
- Wage deductions.
- HSA Accounts.
- General questions.
